2024 Savings Challenge T&C

To participate in the Year-Long Savings Challenge, it is crucial to read and agree to the following Terms and Conditions thoroughly:

1. Challenge Duration: The Challenge will run from January 1st to December 31st, 2024.

2. Eligibility: To be eligible, you must be a resident of Ghana, registered on the Naa Sika platform, at least 18 years old, and not affiliated with Naa Sika or their immediate family members.

3. Participation Steps:

- Create a savings goal in the Naa Sika Bot for the Year-Long Savings Challenge using the "Barima Plan."

- Set a fixed amount of at least Ghc2,000 to save by December 31st, 2024.

- Set the Goal duration to at least 330 days.

4. Rewards and Incentives:

- Participants who successfully achieve their savings goal will receive surprise rewards for their total challenge savings, credited to their Barima Plan account within 10 business days after the Challenge Period ends.

5. Disqualification: Naa Sika reserves the right to disqualify any participant violating these Terms and Conditions or engaging in fraudulent or deceptive behaviour.

6. Challenge Modifications: Naa Sika may modify, extend, or cancel the Challenge at any time for any reason, with participants receiving notification of any significant changes.

7. Personal Information: By participating in the Challenge, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information by Naa Sika to administer the Challenge and deliver rewards.

8. Governing Law: These Terms will be governed by and construed under the laws of Ghana, with any disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Ghana.

9. Validity of Terms: Unless any provision of these Terms is found invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

10. Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between participants and Naa Sika regarding the Challenge, superseding any prior agreements or understandings. Participating in the Year-Long Savings Challenge acknowledges agreement with these Terms and Conditions.
