How It Works — A Platform Powered by Partners

Naa Sika provides technology and access. The regulated financial and payment functions are delivered through licensed partners in Ghana.

  • Payments: Secure payment processing is provided by licensed Enhanced Payment Service Providers regulated by the Bank of Ghana.
  • Financial Products: Savings, investments, and other regulated offerings are issued and managed by licensed financial institutions and fund managers.
  • Services such as bill payments and utility transactions are enabled through integrations with licensed networks and clearing systems.

Naa Sika does not hold customer deposits, does not act as a bank, and does not operate as a licensed financial institution. Our role is to enable access through clean integration, strong governance, and seamless user experience.
