By accessing and using Naa Sika's financial services through Telegram, WhatsApp, USSD, or our website, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Naa Sika. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting.

2. Description of Services

Naa Sika provides financial services including but not limited to:

  • Savings accounts (individual and group savings)
  • Loan services
  • Investment products
  • Payment and money transfer services
  • Insurance products
  • Pension services

All services are accessible through Telegram, WhatsApp, USSD (*426*26#), or our website without requiring app downloads.

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Be a resident of Ghana or meet our eligibility requirements
  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • Have a valid phone number and device capable of accessing our services
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Account Creation

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your information as necessary
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4.2 Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and ensuring that only authorized persons have access to your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account.

5. Use of Services

5.1 Permitted Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

6. Fees and Charges

Some of our services may be subject to fees and charges. We will clearly disclose all fees before you complete a transaction. You agree to pay all applicable fees associated with your use of our services.

Fees may include but are not limited to transaction fees, service charges, and interest on loans. All fees are subject to change with prior notice.

7. Transactions

7.1 Transaction Authorization

By initiating a transaction, you authorize us to process the transaction according to your instructions. All transactions are subject to verification and may be delayed or declined for security or compliance reasons.

7.2 Transaction Limits

We may impose transaction limits for security and regulatory compliance. These limits may vary based on your account type, verification status, and other factors.

7.3 Reversals and Refunds

Transactions are generally final once processed. Refunds or reversals may be available in limited circumstances as required by law or at our discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Naa Sika and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Naa Sika shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or relating to your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount of fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Naa Sika, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

  • Violation of these Terms of Service
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Non-payment of fees
  • Regulatory or legal requirements

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
